uBGA Removal and replace tools ???

Hi

I am searching for a uBGA removal and replacement tool. I have seen many machines that can do it 100% but i wanted to find out which is the best and also where can i find it.

I have been told about a machine that will remove the CPU on 3310, 8210 and other phones with a similar CPU 100000% and replace from another phone, what is the possibilities of this ?

hope some1 has some info on this.

regards

Hiya

Best tools for uBGA rework are Zevac and OK International ( Nokia service uses them ) but they are high $$$

For other mortals uBGA kits from our chinese friends are OK.
Get the BGA kit, hot air bga rework station ( quick 850 is OK but i use home made one), NO CLEAN Flux ( don't use any honey flux ) and that's it... U need also some experience how to do it...

Removing NOKIA uBGA ( and all others ) is easy unless they are glued to mainboard. If they are sealed u will need special melter to remove glue first. DO NOT try to reflow glued components heating directly the chip or u will kill phone. Try to heat chip from other side, heating the board.

AND DO NOT exceed 220 - 250 degrees temperature or u will broke PCB
