I can´t use my Red Box! Help me please - GSM-Forum

When I want to read my box with SN Reader, it says:

Reseting Key...Ok!
Reading Key...Error!

I have proven already in two computers and in all it says to me the same.
For a long time non use this box, it wanted to know who can help me or say to me what it´s happening?!

It would be thankful to whom can offer information me.

which os u uese?

xp or win98??? u might need to install userport!!! go into bios and set LPT mode to ECP+EPP
