use bluetooth to unlock gx25 works for me, no need cables, just activate bluetooth on phone connect the phone when it is connect use software like furious crack or all sharp by alcatel, download www.unlockeasy.com..

how can u active blutooth with wrong sim and locked set?

thnx for the info overkill, YES you can unlock even when using a wrong sim, u just put in a wrong sim or none at all and just when the GX25 powers up for a brief second u can access the menu by hitting the menu button... then turn on bluetooth etc, connect ur pc and use the gx15 unlock software on the above mentioned website, it worked perfect, now can use O2 on the previously voda locked gx25

I will describe some things here which I didn't know...

What you need to unlock gx25?

- Furious box
- USB NEC M8 cable
- Fully charget battery
- Installed drivers for GX15 ( http://sharp.gsm-si.net/gx15/drivers/gx15drivers.zip ) - step by step... you need to have NEC USB cable and GX25 phone if you want to install this correctly

How to do it now?
- When you install drivers, check in Control panel->Device manager->Ports(COM&LPT) for SHARP GSM GPRS USB DRIVER ->right click ->Properties->Port settings->Advanced->Read COM port number

- You will be possibly prompted for modem instalation maybe before this or later... only press next and continioue anyway...
- Open Sharp from Furious and choose gx15
- Phone powered ON or OFF (I don't remember anymore, because I tried hundred times

)
- press UNLOCK
- Follow the instructions!
- All OK!

If you got errors on 3% choose different port... don't panic if you use USB cable and choosing COM port
