I have now polar2. Now I have to buy polar3? I can count on a discount price?

no you no need , polarbox 2 and polarbox 3 is same just other box design nothing more both use the same software.
Polarbox 2 with metal box just need pay update by change simcard inside box and that all.

Some info here about cost nothing more.

If got plastic polarbox 2 you no need do nothing.

If your box is metal just buy this card and change it in box
