Troubles in S211 flashing/repairing

i wanna change languages to my S211, first thing i did is i toke two phones with same operator , i read full flash from my first phone(for emergency cases) and read flash from the other phone ( contain arabic language which i wanna add to the first phone).
i flash the second flash file to first phone and got phone restart, buckup the first flash file and the same thing, i did repair/unlock/flash but the probleme still there.
i take repair flash from the supprt but soft give this error
