Member: 388033 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 693 | HELLO i have the same problem.one customer brought me an alcatel ot s211 in working condition its problem was only saving new names in phonebook even the sim and the phone memory was empty.i flashed with S211_firmware_U81C_105.80M as firmware,S211_lp_01O_814_En_De_It_Fr_Es.80P as language pack and S211_ffs_05.80E as eeprom.with these 3 files i flashed the phone and it only restarts.i flashed again with S211A_firmware_lp_ffs_114_811_07O_814_En_Fr_It_Pt_ Es_Tigo-Colombia.80M as firmware and S211_ffs_01.80E as eeprom everything has gone ok during the flashing but still the same problem the phone only restart.can anybody help me to solve this problem or give the full flash for this kind of phone because i did not make fullflash backup |
