New box Can't connect to phone. - GSM-Forum

I just got this box and have installed it and the drivers on two different computers several times. I got it to unlock the samsung a7x7 series. When I try to use the GPG-024 EUBOX SAM v804 combo cable to try and unlock the a707c or the a717 I get an error "Can't connect to phone. I have checked the port settings and they appear right. Any ideas?

P.S> I also did not receive the e210 combo cable(for A737) with my order. I just bought it this week. Any way to get one. The company I bought the EUbox from wants me to order this to replace it "Samsung RJ45 cable for A117 T409 T539 T729 E210 G600 (for UST Pro2 kit)" for $20. ???????

There was an error in the way I was doing it. Since I searched and could not find complete instructions anywhere, I thought I would post how I did it.

1. With SIM in the phone, turn it on.
2. Go to MENU->Settings->Connections-> usb settings and change to PC studio.
3. Then connect powered on phone to the easy unlocker box with combo cable.
4. Launch Easyunlocker and pick Samsung/model and click Load.
5. Choose Combo and Samsung CDMA modem as port 1, and usb Serial port as port2.
6. Click Start and then follow screen instructions.

Anyone know where to get the e210 combo cable from in the US?

i have the same problem, i am not able to unlock phones my easy unlocker box, i ahve gone through forum, searched a lot,followed all the instructions, no luck, installed on a brand new PC, no luck, contacted the reseller, even he doesn't know whats problem.....
now depending on ns pro, ust and network codes....

Have you contacted USA resellers about getting cables? They should have in stock or if you cannot find anyone with those cables in stock just contact me by mail and we´ll see how to manage your request.

First Time Use Tried On 2 PC's Same Problem....
2 Phones I've Tried SAM T639 Phone Freeze SAM T819 Read Codes + Direct Unlock. Software + Firmware Up To Date.

NOTE: I Have The SAM E210 Combo Cable With My Box...IPMART

With The T-639 On Phone Freeze It Restarts The Phone On Normal Mode...That's The Only Connection I Can Get....
