ERROR - Unsupported simlock algo!

What is the problem, can it be fixed ?this is my first ZV60 with this problem, till now all was ok.

try in other PC coz this version is already supported see here

You´ve bad communication with your phone...try

Anyway try with the last version 2.41 and post results

It doesn't work, I try with 2.41 too, I try with cobmo cable throu normal com1 port, I try with prolific, with Infininity, with setool and always the same thing. And I flashed the phone with BUGE3 firmware and the same thing again, and all this on 3 computers.

dont say only doesnt work!! better said that you are not using good the box.

Please add pictures for trying to help you

I haven't easy-unlocker box, I have just dongle, but till now I hasn't any problem in unlocking ZV60 with combo cable, and in this case I used as FTDI interface setoolbox, Infinitybox and prolificcable to unlock phone, and alwys it says Usuported simlock algo.

bro! Try other pc as my friend zolla said (laptop is better).
If same try other Internet connexion.
NOTE: i use just special cable + dongle and i don't have any problem with all supported samsung

Maybe you can't read? I said that is the only one ZV60 that I can't unlock, I have special cable and I made many ZV60 till now, and with this phone I try with other cables beacause I can't unlock with this special cable mentioned ZV60 and I try already on 3 PC-s.

I say laptop is better, hope also try!
If all tried as not success so security zone your phone damaged!

I don't think that the problem could be in PC and that laptop will solve this problem, the most probable is that phone has damaged security zone or something like this, and what I want to knew if there's anyway to solve this problem, I don't have anymore this ZV60 but anyway it will be good if our supporters will clarify this problem. And I want to say that with same PC and same cable I unlocked today one ZV60 and some days ago 3 Z170.

If you have a phone damaged, you´ll not be able to unlock if you don´t put correct data before read codes, so if you have anyone damaged, first of all flash phone and then read codes with Easy Unlocker.
