F480 Read failed,invalid data or unsupported simlock! - GSM-Forum

I m unlocking F480 using v8.5.00 when i click Fast Direct Unlock tab get the following error

Searching for UMTS phone...
Detecting phone on RJ45 port...
Phone has been detected!
Reading data from phone...
Read failed,invalid data or unsupported simlock!
Restart phone, and TRY AGAIN!
Elapsed Time (00:00)

how to solve this prob plz guide, do this model is having support in this softwear or i hve to use any updates.

I tryed downgrading the firmwear earlier error message has gone (Read failed,invalid data or unsupported simlock!) but now i m faceing another problem when i clik the Fast Direct Unlock the following message is displayed

Searching for UMTS phone...
Detecting phone on RJ45 port...
Phone has been detected!
Reading data from phone...
Calculating SP Data, Please WAIT...
ERROR : 0x0030
Elapsed Time (00:31)

how to solve this prob plz guide

Can you tell me what version did you flash it with, because i've been having same problem aswell.
