Exactly !! You have to change it to 2V7 diode same marked one on screenshot !!

upto now i have no had problem using smti so never bother to change this diode

never get my210x and other connected to SMTI box.

need more spec of the zener diode you have used/tested

Nominal Voltage 2.7V?
Maximum Power Dissipation = W?
Iz = A?
Impedance = Ω?
Tolerance = %?
Reverse Leakage Current = A?

Zener Diodes: 1.3W, 2V7, DO-41
Model Number:BZX85C Zener Diodes
i hope i help u
dont worry frein use any zener with 2V7 only the rest spécifications is'nt important (tested 4 times )

hi,can someone tell us where we can get this zener diod, if it is on cables or certain phones so that we can remove and repair our boxes.as for me there are no electtrnic shops here to buy this diod from.
