tomorow i change this diode zener to 2V7 and all is OK. my box work perfectly.... sagem my411x unlocked

need more spec of the zener diode you have used/tested

Nominal Voltage 2.7V?
Maximum Power Dissipation = W?
Iz = A?
Impedance = Ω?
Tolerance = %?
Reverse Leakage Current = A?

can u provide specifications of the 2V7 zener diode did u use pls?

hi ktele this is a spécifications for the zener used

Zener Diodes: 1.3W, 2V7, DO-41
Model Number:BZX85C Zener Diodes
i hope i help u
dont worry frein use any zener with 2V7 only the rest spécifications is'nt important (tested 4 times )

hi,can someone tell us where we can get this zener diod, if it is on cables or certain phones so that we can remove and repair our boxes.as for me there are no electtrnic shops here to buy this diod from.

can change this diod from 2.7v to 2.8 v

because i cant find this diod whith 2.7v.
