big problem in uni dongle - GSM-Forum

when i try to do any thing on the dongle it give me this message
terminated with error:no device opened(00000001).0001100
MCU Boot Version:1,069,and up to date
device openfailed at USB -Universal box {UBCXCSIG

itry it in more than 3 pc

i hope that i find the solution with your team that i really trust on them

uni box is canot conntect mobiles pls help urjnt
