a210 has got phone code. first codes display MEP Failed (MEP nieudana in polish)

other codes for repair (00053 etc... ) display: password not allowed (haslo nie ważne in polish lang)

anybody have idea why i can't unlock this code?

maybe some flasher? what pinout? cable jack like for motorola C200?
i found here post with flasher but link is dead.
