Dead gd67 - GSM-Forum

I have a panasonic gd67 that has dies after trying too unlock it, but now it won't seem to take a flash can anyone please help me with this? Is their anyway possible of fixing this phone?

change Flash IC or reprogram it on external programmer ...

Can the flash ic be programmed externally without having too remove it from the board???
