Hi all !
i use Winmodo download to Gd87-ver21 but when press power , and very fast soft say EEROR - and my phone dead !
- now my phone can not connect to PC . Help me !

You of the gd88 battery does not want to tear down..Take a shot to have to have no to connect the machine with computer...

hi,
it happened the same today with a GD87,with Winmodo,i tried with upgrade,downgrade ,flashing......and still no power on.
There is communication ,it arrive since 100% and after i have :"checksum failed"!!!

if someone have an idea to repair it.....you're welcome

Try reflashing with main flash + boot !

Me too. May be your main flash is corrupted(change it!). It's better to down\upgrade with full flash clicking\having boot+main+language pack(always worked).

I don't think u must have to flash language..I flashed more than 20 phones due to unlock (before READER 6.0 appears....that was the only way I can unlock A38, A39 GD87)...

but I never flash a phone with language pack..and no problem at all so far.......

by the way, I always think a GOOD flash file from RELIABLE source is very important for a perfect flashing....

I suggest if u have problem in flashing with one specific firmware file....flash with file with other firmware version...

i know how to fix checksum problem.... flash the phone with all the 3 components...main+flash+language...

Only need flash with 2 components : main+boot
I'm flash over 10 phones work fine

May be that's right, no need to flash language. In fact i tried to downgrade a A39 to A21 and have CRC error. Without disconecting i reflash it with A22 and every thing was ok. The A21 was not good flash.

I have talked to DELTAS and many others..

U HAVE TO REPLACE THE PCB IN YOUR DEAD PHONE IF U REMOVED BATTERY DURING THE UNLOCKING PROCESS ...

U CANNOT REPAIR THIS DEAD PHONE BY SOFTWARE ONLY......KICK ME IF I'M WRONG

and sun..if u say people not helping u..
please ....can u use a SEARCH function...look for posts for DEAD GD/GU87 ...there are lot of posts about it ...

we spend time to help and without asking anyone to give us anything......BUT WE REALLY DON'T WANT TO TYPE THE SAME THINGS ALL THE TIME ....AND EVERYDAY.....

sorry for my angry words..

u r right !never repair my phone by software ! only replace the PCB or replace good flash chip ! good luck to every one who flashing GU87 !
