SarasSoft\UFS\UpdateClient got some error bad environment:31-bad library clean system from obsollete usb driver after i ok here comes HWK update wizard when i click next another error Access violation at address 00491635 in module UpdateClient.exe.rad addess 000000000.

my hwk doesn't get updated on hwk update client.it shows Authentication stage error: Error: Server returned unrecognized reply for last 1 month. please tell me what i will do ?
