hi multi box supporters..

what is this pb..? i treid another comp.. and w/o insdtalled antivirus... still same pb... not updating... pls help me...

Same here.
Shell 1.5 is completely freezing up and uses a forced shut down to close up.

Tried also w/o AV's or FW's active.

Any help/advise/tips are appreciated...

For box update you need to use Update tool v.3.0

Used the update tool 3, but I'm not receiving an update and everything seems ready and ok.

Sure you must read FAQ -> there written that update allowed 1 time only

Problem for me has been solved eventually...

Well after doing some searching myself, I think the problem was somewhere in de software.
I removed the box from the Device Manager. After that I reinstalled the box and tried again and still MultiBoxShell freezed.

After that, I started removing and deinstalling all the software from MB.
Then I redownloaded MultiBox Shell 1.3 and from there on I first downloaded the latest version of MB Shell 1.5.
And then I started downloading all the software needed and everything just worked out fine again.

So what the exact problem was I don't know, but I think it was somewhere in the software.
