I am having problem registration my multi-box. I bought the box to be used in Ghana and sent it there to be setup. Initial the registration pop-up appear and they did not complete the registration. The box is not registered and i am unable to do this. How do i get sorted?

I have tried to register but there is no registration screen. I have been sent a link to register but can not submit after input my details. I have been told by someone who works with these kind of equipment that my box needed to be re-set. The information when the multi-box is connected is Box not registrated and deactivated.

this box is already register u can check it in any soft name of regstr

Yes coz all must know how to use it before. But most of the customers think that this is box wich can think for them - it is not correct.

I have updated the tool for firmware and still says the box is not registrated. I have downloaded the registration tool but can not submit
