| thank you for the answer, but i dont know if you did try to read the FAQ or not !!!! cause if you do you will find nothing,juste try and you will see. one more thing ,if you read my log you will see that my box is recently activated and i dont know why i have to pay 39.99 $ to have acces to support area.i tought i have right in 1 year. thanks again. |

| i did read your message and i hope you will read mine and click on some error in your FAQ, you will see it dont work ,so nothing wotk even the FAQ that is normaly a lot of help for people. |
