6280 unlock failed - GSM-Forum

i have done so many 6280 unlock but this one is giving so much problems. It just failed. Attempt all day and still failed. Please help

Update flash to 6.10 or 6.43, make full factory reset then just try unlock again.

Make test point very very carefully and try again and again until phone going to unlock.Wish your good luck...

sINCE I update with version 3.7 I get error. I try do another 2 6280 with flash chip SEC **** ETA i get error. I try change new TP point cable but still the same. I done so many, I remember by heart and normal it take me 5 minute to unlock a 6280. I think it the new version 3.7. Anyone encounter this problems????

Sorry I got so many error log so i just take any quote out of it.
It wouldn't let me unlock it qithout WRITING PM.

Hy!

You wrote that your phone has sec****eta chip. i also had problems with 2 phones with sec chip. so i tried a lot of methods. I selected SPANSION chip on those 2 phones with sec****eta and i was able to unlock them. With one phone i connected ground like on the pic, and on the other phone i connected ground on vibra.

p.s also try to use an other sw version i unlocked those two phones with v0.25

I have also problems with 6280, usually you should flash do V 6.10 and then no errors. I have testet many 6280, with 6.10 i all unlock.

I heve olso evry time problem with 6.10 you flash you phone to 6.43 and work fine for me!

upgrade to 6.43 use 128k then downgrade to 6.1 dont use 128k
100000% working sloution tested on many sets

yes you need to upgrade firmware to 6.10 or 6.43
specially those from vodafone
