If you want good quality cable u have to pay for it.
A good quality cable will cost 3 times more than actual price you pay for it.
I am talking about cables generally.
But you, as a reseller, always ask for cheaper price, so you can make more profit on this.

China quality this days is poor.
May be is time to move this production in your country, as i was talking w a friend from Siemens who already start make a lot of things in your country and quality is better than china, price same as china.

The cables I got with my box equal the quality of cable/TP adapter I got with my nano klip if not better.

check time setting for unlock button, You have more options

If it do this only with one kind of cable, you have an bad cable. Try repair yourself (if you are in hurry) according with photos from first post on this thread, or try contact your reseller for an cable replacement.

If it do same simpthom with both 2 kind of cables (DKU and MiniUSB), then you have an faulty box. Contact your reseller for replacement.

ill tell something maybe u can help i have similar problem with cables but when i 1st brought the box the dku2 cable was working fine but the mini usb cable was automaticly unlock and i unlocked n73 and 6280 on the dku cable but after that both cables arent workign tried changing rj45 and wired and even removed button wired but still unlocking by itself so what do u prefer now is to make resseler send me new cables or change the box plz help thnx
