i test it with N95.

The Phone goes to Locale Mode, but after this operation if i try to connect the Phone with Nokia PC Suite, it not found the Phone more.

I think the USB Port on the N95, dont work after this Operation..

a lot of ppl brake their usb port at phone, be carefull with charger connected.

Yes be carefor about the Mini usb cable i think not all mini USB cable is the same i will check my cable and pot result

I think You cand solve the Low Power in USB Port with Higt Power supplies for PCs(like 700W) you can buy one.

This is risky....I have broken 1 phone no usb connection!
There is another solution that you can use an ordinary power supply and connect it to phones battery terminals!Set your power supply on 5v for better results!Method is 100% working and safe!

this is a very good trick.i tested it for n95_8gb(rm-320)and working 100%........i used spiderman power supply for this purpose.
Its red wire is giving negative(-) and black wire is giving (+) current.many thanks muneeb dear......

I was having issues changing the Nokia N96 to local mode. I connected both the USB cable and the FBUS cable and wow the handset was in local model.

Give it a go!
