can u solve this my spiderman shows usb not recognized when i connect to computer, i reinstall driver, setup, formated computer don't no what to do. help me

i buy new spiderman box from bhama shah(reseller delhi) .i send money to him online after 10 day's i recieved my box.i use 4 to 5 day's after online update box dead.i send to him my box for repaire.he asking 1000 to 1500 for box repair.he say's it's take 15 day's minimam.i don't no y r people buy boxes for earning money or wasting money.please think this .my reseller not giving corect responce in online.i buy box but still using crack.removing mobiles finding rx,tx what is this non sence.y peoples buy spiderman i don't know.all cracks available in this forum.

use"online_update_box" need use in new software.go here http://www.flashgsm.com/spiderman/updates.asp check new update.
when you click"online_update_box" can not disconnect box to computer until update finish. if update not finish you disconnect. box will kill. about box problem. some can fix online. some can not . if the box need return to factory for repair. i thing need some day. but I do not want to do this. i hope each spiderman user working good.

the phone was dead then i rehot upp the phone alive again and work fine i am a new user for spiderman so i tried to read the flash file for this model but i faild to read or to connect it to the box i tried with many cables noway the box can check pinout for the cable but can not be connected to phone

what is the problem

different phone have different format address. if software format not fix the problem. need find same phone file for flash your phone.
