tray to flash your mobile and b4 you flash the mobile you must take copy from your mobile flash file
cuz if you got any problim than you can reten this file back to your mobile

to solve this problem you need to reflash your set with backup flash file from any other working phone

****DONT make FORMAT after flash

Made back up of above model then flashed then dead any suggestions.

Back up file that caused dead fone is at following link.

Yes even with the backup tried with try link now. Even with latest verison of spiderman software.

hi,,sir,,,i goit some problem,with new update,,when i instal, the last new update,2.51..so,the sw can not work,,i mean,box can not connect,,,in error message ,says,,reconnect ,the box,i reconnect the box many time,,but stil,not connected,but when,i remove the the new update and install, the old 2.462 its working properly,,,no any error,,so what is this,,remember how,i instal,the new update,,first i remove the old version,,then i install,the new version,,so,,plz help me,,,,,when i install the version,,in box flashing lights,,are running,,,i think,it is the driver problem,,but i run all drivers,,...but same,,problem,,reconnect the box...plz help

**remove the old version

**remove the old drivers too

**restart pc

**install the latest version

**install the drivers again

conferm me with the result please

It wasnt from formatted fone it was from a brand new one tried to flash from files taken from the other pfones in my stock but still no luck.

Dear Freinds,
I have a problem connecting my Spider Man Box when i Press Connect it shows the below msg and if i press connect again it is accepting can you pl tell me what am i doing wrong.

cant connect box extra_comport

1.did you already install FT232_USB_COMPORT Driver
2. this comport is used by anotherfirmware now? close this window please.
