There may be a Port confict Unlpug other periferal divices and try running spiderman. If that fails reinstall befor connecting other devices. First of all cheak the connection and driver satus of you spiderman box by following vidieo in following link. http://www.swedafone.com/files/Vidieo.exe

**remove the old drivers too

**restart pc

**install the latest version

**install the drivers again
