I am not sure if it works or not, cause i dont have Win 7, but you can use the actual drivers and try to install and post results here

It's work

WIN7 x32 installation is like in Vista , you have to "Force" the driver installation

WIN7 x64 is more complicate, need install LIBUSB64, and not so easy .. you can find some tutorial on net for that

google : libUSB x64 installation

then you will find some about iphone .. is correct do this and will work also for microbox
