How to unlock BB5 phones with Micro-box? - GSM-Forum

Hi all,
How do you unlock BB5 phones with Microbox? Do you need the latest JAF software installed? If I don't have FBus cable can I do it with USB cable?

hi, you just need to use jaf box and have pkey connected. then open microbox bb5 software and choose model and connect the necessary fbus cable to jaf and then phone and wait for the phone to show local mode on screen and then press unlock and it should all be done

you don't need pkey , just jaf interface

yes just jaf interface &f bus cable & select model ,unlock your bb5 ufs & usb not supported yet
