Hi friends, I can't find info about sagem unlocking with micro box. Wich cables need use and need TP adapters like sagdd or not? Is need disassemble the phone?

only new phones like - M63/M64 (TI LoCosto based) and - M62+ Sec.(TI Calypso+ Sec. based) r supported and my401c and my501ci need testpoint and server takes 1 credit only u dont need any adopter

You need to check before the phone cpu type, if it is labeled D75160ASx then it is secured and supported by microbox (need 1 credit). If you find something else as a label then it is not supported by microbox.

then what cpu type need to be for MY401c, i have one right now and need your help

besides, what is the testpoint, can we have a picture or description of it?

You need 1 credit to unlock your sagem my401c, you must use RJ45 cable with RX TX GND wires and solder them like shown in picture, microbox port pinout is same as any universal box. When you run the module it will tell you to connect the phone powered on, press read codes and follow the instructions. My friend, you don't understand what im asking for!

We need a full & proper(professional) manuel/instructions for all Sagems that MB can unlock also which models that dont need TP's and the one's that do?

Sorry, i am aware about that, the problem that we are busy in developping solutions and support our customers, if someone can give us some ideas he is the welcome to make a good tutorial else not we will try to do it if we have free time but we know that is a good idea specially for new users. Today we uploaded in tutorila section on support area videos to show how install for the first time microbox and hope that you help us for tutorila on how to unlock etc...

I understand that you are developing new software but the software is no good when only some can use it and for the others it was a waste of money. Also i dont think is a good idea for a 3rd party to make a manuel on how to use your product as they may make a mistake(leading to damaged phones) and no-one knows the product(MB) better than your-selfs. I'm not saying you have to do this but support is as important as the software it-self.

First of All Software is Easy To use There is not any Difficulity to unlock sagem phones..

just have to Follow these steps:

1: Use latest Module & purchase Logs for (Secure CPU,s)..
2: Use Prolific Can or Better FTDI Device With STable Voltage..
3: Select Phone Model and Select Read code in Unlock Tab...
4: Do Job and Wait Until Software Calculate Code Through Server (internet Connection Required).
5: One Code is Calculated then Select "Get Code(s)" in Unlock Tab and Do Job Again...

If Everything Went fine then Software will Give you Code(s)...

Manuall Will be Created ASAP as we get Some Free Time...!
