how do i obtain a username and password for alcabull?

i'm trying to obtain a username and password for alcabull server ...can u help please....i need to unlock an alcatel ot-c701 phone....or could i send u the info and have u run the codes for me please...

try to unlock an ot c701 but wrong code
Hello i try to unlock a OT 701c with the alcatel usb code reader
i have the message wrong imei when i clic "get code" then i clic again in "get code" and i have these messages

Reading info...
Contacting server...
Ok...

after typing the code Nck that calculator give me i have the message "wait ..." and ask me again "network key"
