if you cant login support area and get error message its mean your need pay for activation if your support area work normal its mean you dont need to pay for activation

Just check that your support section working if working your activation is after 01.2013 if not work you active your box before this date and now support not working you anymore untile you buy new activation.

this activator not Show you real activation date of support its just Show about when u start use this activator both different database
