G920v diag port not there - GSM-Forum

Need help to enable diag serial port on 920v enable dm, set to dm modem adb, even did all the settings in *#9090# tried all three options, yes can change imei but need serial port for cdma workshop. anyone have a solution please post thanks

hi, after ##366633# it connects as unknown device

tried new drivers same thing diag port is not openning

changed usb changed pc

for Verizon you need factory firmware
not next to the phone but the q used in the factory
* this has enabled serial ports

someone will have the file you need

Make sure to boot to RECOVERY and enable CP LOGGING, phone will restart and now you should be able to get diag mode.

need to flash factory bin firmware to enable serial ports.

I'm trying to write a cert on it but I cant seem to connect it to any port

I see..well just so you know verizon s6 use a different keyID cert..

Look above. Its all been covered in this thread. If you still cant get it to work then theres an issue with the phone
