Sir, you are a 'life saver' and know how to make such file to remove annoying EE message from devices, but it is not easy for other members like me, that's why we need your help..

is it possible for you to make a step by step guide on how to locate the required files and read them from the phone and then edit them to remove this stupid from the phones.

and i'm sure after your helpful tutorial, no body will be bothering you and then you can enjoy your cold beers..

If anyone had a G850F that isn't blocked by the EE computrace lock I'd gladly take a video of why I asked for certain files, where these files came from, and what to do with them. This can then be applied to all devices that are rootable.

Although I think a LOT of support should be thrown towards @Venereo. He is the one trying to discover a true fix for this lock. My fix is nothing more than a workaround.

G901F worked thanks for the g900p file worked a charm.

Downloaded 4.4 NK5 Netherlands Stock and downgraded.
Flashed the G900P file. Didn't allow the phone to boot.
Flashed the NK5 Stock file. Didn't allow the phone to boot.
Put the phone straight into recovery and did a full wipe. Then allowed the phone to boot completely. Phone is fully functional and has been running for about 5 hours, also have been downloading apps directly from play store and it has not relcoked. Still testing for a few days before I return the handset.
