Phoneix 4 modem not responding - GSM-Forum

When trying to do a IMEI 0 FIX I keep getting this error:

LG 2-3G Tool v9.58
supported models: 1568

Repair IMEI...
Search LG Modem port...
Detected LG Modem port at COM11
Modem port cant answer!
Elapsed: 6 secs. --> (v9.58)

Any idea how to fix?

1. Reboot phone.
2. Try again.
3. If can't help try close all software like LG Bridge how can use LG modem port.

I did but the problem persist only on that phone, I have unlocked other Phoenix 4 without issues.

send team viewer id and pass in pm. I check. But no longer than 10 minutes.
