hi i have here HTC Phoe100 shadow is it unlockable coz when i click submit could not be click.

check yours imei number ,submit button will be on when you have enter 15 digit with working imei .

you might be trying to submit 17 digit which phone shows, we only required first 15 digit only.

Yes it can be unlock with "HTC (windows based by imei ) service.

try to add ur shadow imei in HTC (windows based by imei )..if u lucky u will get ur code..
if u don't get the code..then add it in Htc Fast unlock method..and u will get a *.unl file..just follow instruction how to unlock ur shadow using unl file..and ur phone unlocked..
tested 100%..
