I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO hard reset HTC PHOE100 SHADOW AND HOW TO SOFT reset HTC PHOE100 SHADOW. I MEAN HOW CAN I RESET ITS USER CODE AND OTHER SETTING.

hold down the 2 soft buttons below the screen, then press power on briefly while still holding the soft button's and let go after you have the next instruction on the screen, then follow the instruction.

Instructions

1

Power the Shadow off
2

Hold down the two soft buttons (The two right under the screen)
3

While still holding the two soft buttons, turn on your device
4

There should be a quick menu that pops up asking if you want to reset it. Say yes, let it reboot.
5

It will then start restoring your phone to defaults
