40402 iPhone Vodafone Spain 3G/3GS/4G/4S i submited this order on 2012/02/07 05:51:10 till now i didn`t get any reply ???????????????????????????????????? and i sent more than 20 msg for the customer support and no body never replay ??????

i sent more than 6 emails to support mail sir , and every time i speak with online support they ask me to w8 then no body replay , any way sir i ordered on 2012/02/07 05:51:10 and till now the status of the order is locked why ?
