Hi salimus, in my work, internet access is via proxy. In my house is through this proxy and this proxy has closed the client 1.04 connection. Most times, I have to connect via 3G or open access points.

ok i understand now .
look for opening port in ur office and we will add this in server .
for those probleme u must use OFFLINE mode to save ur jobs on the instenent , and update the offline mode every connexion .
