I cannot connect any phone - GSM-Forum

Hi, I got my SmartKey, and try to use it ... I run the SmartKeyLG 0.1.44.1, and connect the phone I tried on TU720, KU990, with Normal Mode, with Emergency mode ... and none of them will work with the SmartKey software.

I then used Vygis, I used Furious, I used Rocker, all three can connect both of my phone and do unlock and flashing ... but the SmartKey only shows Comport connected, nothing else in the program work ~

Why Why Why?? Do I miss something?? need any special activation??

here is a photo from SmartKey program ... and I tried on 2 different computers, tried changed COMPORT of the LG phone, tried Normal Mode, Tried Emergency Mode ... the SmartKey Progy only show Comport Connected, NOTHING ELSE .. i also waited 10 minutes to see if the program needs time to connect ...

contact me on my sonork, probably you miss libraries in the translator, install 2.5 version

write me as soon as possible if SmartKey shows you SN card number at the bottom of the program, it's important to solve your problem.

it shows my SN, shows Comport Connected ... the new problem is that I dont hv sonork ... let me try to grab one and we talk ...

- reinstal usb driver
