This domain is parked, pending renewal, or has expired.
Please contact the domain provider with questions.

setool support domain registration is expired , as soon as they renew it the site will be back.

you can workaround issue by adding following two lines in your

%windir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

216.246.35.78 setool.net
216.246.35.78 www.setool.net

Or wait for your dns to refreash as issue should be resolved

Just change "Setool.net" to "216.246.35.78" at the explorer address bar.

edit etc folder in notepad and paste this at the last line
