    Solution is Simple ..provided on official Forum.... (thankx Unlocker)
    --------------------------------------------------------------------
    Goto this path C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
    open hosts in notepad
    now see at end u have local host
    yes after this add this
    216.246.35.78 setool.net
    216.246.35.78     www.setool.net
    save it now run setool go support
    --------------------------------------------------------------------

    DNS Error - Server cannot be found

    i problem logging in at the setool server i add to the host 216.246.35.78 setool.net but no luck and i download the support.rar of settol but the same problem i encountered.....why?????

    Did u add two lines>1. 216.246.35.78 setool.net
    >2. 216.246.35.78 www.setool.net
