That rom not included radio.img so it vil not fix baseband related issues.
To fix baseband related issues hav to flash full official firmware But unfortunately no official firmware for India cid.

Try this method 1st downgrade yur main version

1st Create gold card using this method Here

Flash this ZARA_DUG_1.16.401.2.rar Rom via custom recovery

Flash this Stock recovery.img nd Boot.img After flash rom Download here

Relock yur bootloader fastboot oem lock

Download stock firmware here Rename the file as 0P4EIMG (Dnt change extension)

Copy the 0P4EIMG.zip created Goldcard

Boot yur mob n bootloader mode

Flash the stock rom

Post result back

If yu created goldcard copy the stock rom 0P4EIMG.zip to goldcard nd Boot into bootloader mode it vil start flash automatically or update it manually using recovery.

Note: if stock recovery not installed extract recovery.img & boot.img frm 0P4EIMG.zip flash both of it via fastboot relock bootloader den flash the 0P4EIMG.zip frm goldcard.

It is showing one of the imei here (i.e. for fastboot gervar all) but on the phone it shows null null (i have removed the number from this post)

I encounter the same problem on the unknown baseband. Currently using 1.18.1402.1 ROM. Trying using the goldcard step but still the same. I couln't flash the radio since it's S-ON.
