riff always give us back a imsi lock issue thats way not preffer

Not use RIFF if you have phone in this condition, (not Dead or Bricked),

or if you want use FIRST OF ALL THINGH in all M7/8 make sure of READ BKP first, also phone is completaly DEAD, w/o this BKP, (repeat also phone is Totally Dead), when finish resurection you will have this issue with IMSI LOCK.

FOR ALL:

This is important warning, related to IMSI lock problem in latest HTC One M7 and Amaze models.

1. Before doing anything else, read 256MB backup from ROM1, even if phone is completely dead !
Use this Settings Code: 0x20010009000000000000000010000000
DCC TAB -> Settings by code -> paste string -> Apply Settings

2. DO NOT rewrite "WLAN" and "ID" partitions (HTC Partition) if You don't have backup. These two partitions contain unique signatures, which can be re-generated only by HTC smart card by now.

I want clarify one time for all the difference between HD7 CABLE or "Y" cable and Usb-Otg.

1) HD7 Cable, "famous Y cable" no must need of Any pc for use with Java card, if want use for install algo in you HTC w/o Sd Card slot just use one easy Otg Cable. When this cable instead of connect in battery load connect to PC is for other use, for Unlock, S-OFF, Gold Card...all with BOX or Tool/program that requiere this, but most used with HXC Clip or ***** BOX.

2) Otg Cable is one easy Sd Card reader, (have slot for insert this), and from other side have microUsb for insert in HTC device, if installed right can install anything in Path directory inside the HTC.

Before of insert this, in microUsb connector you must need of to be in Recovery Mode, so with one TWRP o Philz Touch Installed if no this isn't read from phone.

For remove any doubt here photo of "Y" cable (or HD7 cable), and Usb Otg reader:

my phone was hang on logo i had flash a custom rom
phone started but now baseband and imei null
so need to get that so that can work
i dont think that need riff for this
this can be back on my phone by proper ruu

You not need of Riff for solve this problem, how first thingh you use this TWRP 2.6.3.3, can seem old but is the only one that not get issue of any type.

If you was S-OFF all was must more easy but if i'm not are wrong you are S-ON, so i think can solve you problem or with a right RUU for you CID or use OTg Usb and try to flash in Recovery one of these "M7 CWM Nandroid Backup / CID TELST001", is Fully google of this Nandroid itc..., have wrote many time to you that Search button and Google are both good friends.

@sunil1670, there are also RUU or Other Nandroid BKP only with Radio most recent, i cannot to think that you in 5 minuts have read all other solution, not remain stopped in one solution or one only Nandroid BKP, there are many other thinghs for restore Imei and Baseband from link above, read and read if you not want get S-OFF this device with "SunShine App" payng for this and after can flash other RUU/ROM/BKP itc...

this nanddroid backup for my device (plz correct me if this is not compatiable with my device)

as i saw this cwm backup . can i use twrp to restore this or i have to lash cwm recovery to use this backup.

But use CWM recovery or TWRP for enter .Zip Nandroid BKP anfd Flash after pushed in TWRP or entered in Mass Memory, you not know how use Adb&Fastboot Command?, read a little about this.
