htc m7 at&t
hello i have bought an htc m7 which it was lock on at&t network i unlock it and i flash it with with Europe flash with baseband version 4a.14.3250.13_10.33.1150.01l but when i type *#*#4634#*#* on there in no any radio band except us band and sometimes the signal doesnt work the condishion the phone is :

unlockbootloader
custom recovery twrp
s-off
hboot1.44 (i downgrade it)
with kernel 3.4.10
and android version 4.1.2

please help ....

i made an update and result is that sometime takes signal but only with not h or 4g and sometimes drop

Did you check Network section by hardware?
What was phone condition?

For the Decrypt password firstly no need to reflash phone.

Unlock bootloader via htcdev
flash custom recovery TWRP
Make Wipe and format data click in advance
It should be done! if no, reflash with this version
