bb 8300 unlocked but always ask to set passw - GSM-Forum

i have a bb8300 at&t i unlocked it following procedure but after erasing wiping and reloaded sw it alwais ask me to set pass word and in option di disable it menu shous active and not give option to dialble, any suggest please?
