Unable to reconnect during a multistage load operaton - GSM-Forum

Hi all, please i have 2 bb bold phones that when you insert the battery, the led lights comes on briefly and then goes off and nothing happens subsequently.

When i try to reload the os, the operation goes on well until it tries to reconnect after erasing applications.at this stage i always get the message

"unable to reconnect to the device during a multistage load operation"

please any idea what i can do to fix this problem?????

The phones don't power on.

Really?? Does changing the battery fix the problem?? will try it and let you know. thanx for the prompt response.

i've flash bb without battery anyway check for right O.S. file you want to upload in it ,
verify the battery to be at last 75% charged , use MFI multiloader and do a full erase

than load O.S.

i have another problem here with bold..
i tried to reload OS, the apploader was loading JVM succesfully. but when the apploader is in "wait for device initialization" state, a few seconds after it shows "unable to reconnect during a multistage load operation". And the bold shows only blank white screen. Is this a hardware problem or software problem? Because the apploader can still recognize the PIN.
