i have Blackberry 8310 during updating softwar in midel show this msg [ Unable to reconnect to the device during a multi-stage load operation.]
And on the screen show cross bettry imag.
any budy help plz.........

check ur battery either its not charged or faulty

Change Battery Ur Problem Solve

had the same prob but during opporation
i just remove and reinsert battery but
when complete phone displays
(battery drained. shutting down handheld)

any ideas

its telling the prob ur battery is faulty bro

test battery in other device and it work fine
even if i use another battery in this paticular device
same problem.

please help, i have same case like this........(red bold), bateray ok,because i test with other phone ok....thanks before..
