this is what i get, i think its because my qtek 2020i wont connect to activesync in bootloader mode

by the way what i am supposed to see on the screen of my qtek when its in bootloader mode?
well background light is off and i see on the top the word seriall ( turns into usb when i connnect the device to my pc) and at the bottom V1.01, thats all.

is it possible to upgrade a GPS receiver (RAC satnav 110; ARM 400MHz; 64MB SDRAM) with win CE .NET 4.2 core to WM 2003/SE/2005 ?? I want to install iGo 2006 but it works only on WM, or is it iGo for win CE 4.2 ?? please help me

Hi everyone!

Pls help me to solve my problem .everytime i attached my usb cradle in my PC it sayz only hardware found and nothin happen afterwards I need to copy some important stuff on my PC?I am using O2 xda II pls help where can i find the software driver .I am using windows xp sp2
