posible genie rpl write with another tool

support, can i write genie rpl wite with another tool ? i have 2 phone 7310c and 6600s ,6600s after write rpl phone is contact servece and 7310c after write rpl still locked ,i try several times with several cables but no sucses

if u encounter Contact Service simple write same RPL again ...
it should get all OK
Plz post log here about phone INFO writing RPL ETC...

you can have problem with other PART ...
for example bad PM , w/o SX4 ...

it means u have write different phone RPL to ur phone, for genie to send phone to contact service is impossible but the problem is when u write different RPL u will get contact service

i have allready 3 phones ,2 6600s (one of then after rpl contact service ,second still locked ) 1 7310c after rpl still locked ,genie what happen ? i lost allready 200 logs and nothink
