I have to unlock RM-362. version 6.31. I am update the Genie and the installed DCT4Plus.exe in my Genie.Run 4plus.smx and power phone.Genie print on display .... READ UPP ID.... error2 . Plz help.

Hi. I solved my error2 and error3 problems with a capacitor on adapter power pins (use 10uF to 47uF, it works for me

Problems with cable.Now, all neatly done but phone not unlock.Firmware is 6,31 not unlock.Writes that to 6.32. Firmware 6.32?
