BB5 King software does not detect my jaf box... - GSM-Forum

Support team:

I have already bought my activation with a Thomas Key. I opened the new bb5 king software available at www.odeon.cn which I believe is 1.0b, and activated my card. It shows that my card is activated. When I use the detect phone button but the software tells me it does not detect the JAF box nor a UFS box. I am sure that the box is recognized properly. My jaf software is working perfectly and I have windows XP Pro SP3. I have tried disconnecting and reconecting both the pkey and my jaf box, nevertheless, the bb5 king box is still telling me NO JAF nor UFS box found. Can someone tell me what I could be doing wrong.

I have same problem ..

Fisrt Essaie : i reinstall all driver Peky and Jaf software but still same problem my jaf not working and BB5king software show same message error no jaf ,no ufs box conect (my jaf is connected)

P.S : i update my Jaf

Second essaie : i connect my HWK , i try to read 6300 with cable Jaf into box HWK but show fbus cable error , with UFC cables same error??

P.S : pkey is active

any solution Thank

You might forgot to choose "device" in the DEVICE tab.

Select "JAF" or "UFS" as the case maybe as your device for BB5king software.

Problem solved
I chose jaf dox on device tab
and then went to the other tab and chose rap3 then pressed info
an voila it read the phone and a simple unlock did the job on a 5300b
thanx to everyone.
