this serials are added in server. You need to ask your customers to read activator manual and you personally need to read the sticky thread i posted for resellers .... but you don't bother yourself with too much reading.

Your serial is added to server, but i see is not activated by enduser (you).
Did you read activator manual from sticky thread or did your reseller informed you about activation procedure ?

i changed pc and install jaf and pkey
made update to pkey
and tryied the activator and still nothing

my reseller is trustable for that i am sure because i already deal with him long time ago. he says that my pkey is in the server, he alreday changed server to thomas and nothing and put again on the server of raskal.
